Reception operating hours
The Beaver reception opens at 07:30 and closes at 24:00

Making a reservation
A room reservation must be guaranteed with either full credit card details or with a deposit. The balance of your account can be paid in cash or by credit card. We accept Euros and US dollars.

Cancelling a reservation
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy which means that if you do not cancel your reservation at least 24-hours in advance you will be charged for the first night.

Changing a reservation
Contact The Beaver as soon as possible regarding amendments to your booking so that we are able to accommodate your needs.

Agents
If you are booking through an Agent please check their individual terms and conditions. A confirmation of your booking will be provided be the agent. Please bring any paperwork that an agent gives you when checking in.

Checking-in
Our check in time begins at 2 pm until midnight. If you anticipate an earlier arrival, we would advise you to book your room from the night before as we cannot guarantee an early check in. Included in your room booking is a full English breakfast from 07:30 – 09:30 hrs.

Identification
Foreign nationals must have valid photo identification (passport, identity card, residency permit) when checking-in.

Checking out
Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon (Contact reception in advance regarding a late check-out. A charge may apply). We have a baggage storage facility.
